Refunds and Returns Overview
Our refund, returns, and revisions policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Why we do not offer refunds or returns on Quick Vector:
- We offer minimum 2 revisions per Quick Vector upload
- Each Quick Vector is uploaded back to the customer for the option of revision or acceptance
- After acceptance has occurred, the order is considered complete
- Even after order completion, the customer is still eligible for revisions based on the amount remaining (per purchase plan)
If after the order is fully complete and revisions are fully used, please still contact us we may be able to assist you at a possible fee.
Refunds
Quick Vector refunds are not provided, Since our services at Quick Vector offer a minimum of 2 revisions per vector and order acceptance.
Our designers try their utmost ability to serve the customer, if you still need help with your design or you feel you deserve a refund, please contact us
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your order and bank account again.
Then contact your banking company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Revisions
Every Quick Vector order comes with minimum of 2 revisions per Quick Vector upload, If your revisions have been exhausted or the order has been completed/accepted, you may still contact us for order assistance at a possible fee.
